Today’s National Children Month
Celebration focuses on Children’s Rights during pandemic. Up until today, we can
still hear the cries of people because of the word positive, a worldwide
health crisis where everyone is affected regardless of age, gender, and life
status, but it is obvious that the ones greatly affected are individuals from
poorer households. The COVID-19 has resulted in schools shut all across the
world, it just added fuel to the fire of past educational problems. More than 1
billion children are at risk of falling behind due to the spread of COVID-19. It
is said that two out of five children couldn’t go to school due to the lack of needs
but isn’t it stated by the Law that every child has the right that every
child should have access to education? So is education during the pandemic only
for those who can afford it. Well if your answer is yes Be acknowledged of
blended and modular learning. What makes us think that this doesn’t help is because
of the deadlines and all the tasks to be answered. Some might have forgotten
the sole reason of this distance learning. An alternative, to at least learn something
while schools are closed or the messed up decision to make it as the replacement
for public schools.
