Students and teachers’
connection through a screen. Are students learning? Do you think no
one is left behind? is it enough? . .
The COVID-19 pandemic had a
very big impact on public education not just here in our country but all around
the world. Staying indoors made me realize what it means to not be able to
access education and the greatness of being financially stable. The crisis is
adding fuel to the pre-existing education problems mainly reducing the
opportunities for many children and adults to continue their learning. We don’t
have any other choice but to comply unless we want to fail. It's either
our heads or grades hanging. The need to go out at night for load, feeling
anxious if it’s still enough for one more meeting, and don’t you just love it
when it disconnects you during meetings. Going through all these modules and
submitting all these papers for all these deadlines. I’m not saying this with a
closed mind but just because it's really hard, to keep up with everyone’s pace. I
may seem complaining about simple things but no. I’m saying this just to share
and tell that someone that we're on the same boat.
Humans are making this
world innovative quickly as possible. But it is never good to rush and move too
fast. That speed can hurt and be the cause of suffering to many people. We
people who are lacking and unable to adapt to changes. I didn’t want to
complain too much because I didn’t have to worry about things that much, my
family has my back, and my teachers are always there for guidance, support, and
motivation. But with the pace, we are in, It is really difficult to keep up. If
you fall behind even just for a day you’re going to feel the consequences.
LITERALLY. I hope soon we'll be able to find that balanced pace where no one is
left behind, where school is fun and people are able to adjust. I just want to
say that if you are struggling right now do not worry you are not alone you
will finish this strong! Let’s just continue what we are doing, All this
hardship will end. Just continue protecting and fighting for your future!

Hi Angelyne! I agree that students are having a hard time nowadays because of COVID-19 and some students are unable to keep up because of financiaal problems and also the learning capabilities of students to learn on their own. And I feel sad that sometimes we do not have the time to rest because of the deadlines. I hope that everything will be normal too. I hope you're doing fine and stay safe!
